How to play

2v2 Spades. You and your partner (opposite seats) bid together and try to take at least as many tricks as you bid. First team to 500 wins; finish the hand before calling a winner.

Bid 0–13, or Nil for no tricks. Making your bid scores 10 points per bid trick plus 1 per extra trick. Missing it loses 10 per bid trick. Every 10 extra tricks (bags) costs 100. Nil is +100 if you take none, −100 if you take any.

Follow the led suit if you can. Spades are trump and beat any other suit. Spades cannot be led until a spade has been played on a non-spade trick — unless you hold only spades.

Tap a card to select it, tap it again to play it. On a keyboard, use ← → to move between cards and Enter to play. Tap Start bidding once you have looked over a new hand.
